The crafting process for each Double Ply belt begins by thinning leather to an exacting tolerance and removing any deviation in hide thickness. Following this process, each layer is glued together thus forming a solid piece of leather, less prone to stretch and wear. After curing, the two layers of leather are stitched together using premium heavy grade bonded nylon thread. Double ply belts take the most time to produce, but the results are worth every hour.
